1. How is my DynamiteCovers.com order processed?
Once your credit card order has been processed (in real time),
you will be able to set up a new account with DynamiteCovers.com.
You can then log in to the account to track your order, provide
details about how you'd like your cover to look like
(any particular texts or images you'd like) and contact your dedicated
customer support specialist and artist.
Once your cover is created, you will receive an email and you'll
be able to download the cover from your control panel
2. Why do I need a DynamiteCovers account?
This control panel was implemented for the sake of keeping
things organized and delivering your Dynamite Cover as soon
as possible (we have a deadline to meet). When you submit
a support request from the control panel, it will go directly
to the person who's been assigned your account, so that
you get a response faster!
3. Can I make changes to my order?
If you have changed your mind after configuring your order,
you can submit the changes within two hours using your
control panel.
4. Will my Dynamite Cover come in different sizes?
Yes! You will receive your Dynamite Cover in two sizes:
large and small. And you don't have to decide which one
you like better. Both are yours!
5. What image format will my Dynamite Cover be delivered in?
Depending on file size and image quality, your Dynamite Cover
will be delivered either in JPEG or in GIF image format.
6. Do I own my Dynamite Cover?
Certainly! You own all copyrights to your Dynamite Covers and
you can use it as you like!
7. Can I use my Dynamite Cover once it's ready?
Yes! You can place your Dynamite Cover on your website
or use it elsewhere instantly once it's available, without
any further modification.
8. What if I am not happy with my cover?
We will give it one more go completely free of charge,
and create a new Dynamite Cover for you.
However, remember that your order is risk-free and
totally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your
Dynamite Cover, you may contact us within 30 days
from placing your order and we will instantly issue
a full refund.
